Program Builder · Educator · Connection Strategist

Hi, I'm Jess.

I build programs and relationships that help people feel seen.

For 15 years, I've built programs and spaces that help people feel like they belong.

My work has taken shape in middle school hallways, counseling support settings, Jewish educational spaces, medical environments, community initiatives, and nonprofit leadership. Across each of those environments, the work has remained the same: listen closely, build trust, and create the structure, support, and opportunities that help people grow.

My strengths live at the intersection of relationship-building, program strategy, crisis steadiness, creative communication, and practical systems thinking. I do my best work where people, ideas, and needs have to be translated into support, structure, and solutions that actually work.

What I stand on

How I work.

01
Accountability with empathy

People grow when they can look at what happened honestly and still feel supported. I hold a high bar and stay in their corner while they reach it.

02
Community and connection

Real relationships do the heavy lifting. When people feel like they belong, they show up for each other and the whole room gets stronger.

03
Ethical action

I do what is right even when it is the harder call. Kids and families can tell when you mean it, so I try to mean it every time.

04
Lifelong learning

I love learning and discovering ways pass on the knowledge. Curiosity keeps me sharp, humble, and responsive to the people I serve.

The fun part

Let’s build something Positive!

I’d love to talk about AI in education, restorative culture, storytelling, and program building. It’s the work that keeps schools human, and I’m always up for building more of it. Remote-first, flexible between Erie, PA and Cleveland, OH.

say hi, I’m friendly

Whether you want to collaborate, compare notes on positive school culture and restorative practices, or just talk about what AI can actually do for kids, my inbox is open.
